The outside of Le Logis

La Maison Ancienne has recently been completely renovated to a very high standard, retaining many original features, including huge stone fireplaces and massive wood beams.

Downstairs there is a fully fitted and equipped kitchen/dining room, a large living room and a downstairs toilet with washing machine. Original stone stairs lead to the first floor where there are 2 large double bedrooms, 2 large twin bedrooms, a large bathroom with bath, seperate shower, basin and loo, a further shower room with basin and loo, and a spacious landing with interesting stone features.

Parking - There is room to park 2 cars on the northern, shady side of the gite.

Welcome Pack - We will provide a pack with milk, butter, bread, eggs, tea, coffee, home-made jams etc. plus a couple of bottles of wine.

For 10 euros per head, we are able to provide the first night's evening meal for you as well.

Furthermore, we can arrange for an outside caterer to cook dinner for you - mums need a holiday as well!

So what you can expect:

• Large family bathroom with bath and shower.

• All bed linen and towels provided.
• Additional bed and cot available.
• Huge outside area with 12 metre by 6 metre pool.

Telephone - There is no telephone in the gite, however in urgent cases you can use ours and we will be pleased to receive incoming calls on your behalf, should it be necessary.

Medical - A First Aid kit is provided for everyday cuts and bruises ,headaches etc,(hopefully it won't be required!) There is a very good doctor in Sauze Vaussais & an English-speaking dentist not far away. In the case of emergencies, we are nearly always here to help and the relevant telephone numbers will be detailed in the Welcome Folder. Please remember to bring your medical insurance documents with you.
