The gite is not available from October to March inclusive, except by special request.

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the full charge is payable on booking and the balance is payable at least 6 weeks prior to arrival date.

A £200 damage deposit is payable on arrival. This will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure, less the cost of any major damage or breakages incurred (small items of crockery, glasses etc. broken should be replaced).

Pets: We do not accept cats, but dogs may be accommodated by prior arrangement.

Pricing:

Our pricing is very simple:

• 14 July to 1 September £1200 per week
• Easter Week and May Half-term week £600 per week
• All other weeks £400 per week

These prices include electricity, gas and water.
